No Time to Paint? No Worries! This is an R/C model assembly kit of the FJ Cruiser, a 4WD vehicle which made its debut in the North American market in 2006 and Japan in 2010, winning a host of fans with its Land Cruiser 40-inspired style and quirky form with round headlights, oval front grill, chunky fenders, and trio of windscreen wipers. The model’s tough polycarbonate body accurately recreates the American-spec version of the car, and comes pre-painted. Separate parts are included to depict door mirrors with lamp, spare tire with cover, and front grille. Front and rear light cases can be fitted with LED units (separately sold) for an even more realistic appearance!

 

The All-Terrain CC-01 Chassis The CC-01’s highly reliable and efficient full-time 4WD system features a horizontally-positioned motor, which transmits power to the front wheels via the gearbox and to the rear wheels via propeller shaft. Front and rear differentials enable smooth cornering, and for even greater off-road performance on rough terrain, the rear differential may be locked during assembly. The chassis suspension employs double-wishbone front upper single links and lower H-shaped arms plus rear rigid suspension. With four CVA oil dampers in total fitted to the front and rear, there’s enough cushion to take on even the roughest surfaces. It also looks the part, with cool 6-spoke wheels featuring metal-plated bead lock style rims, plus mud terrain tires.

 

★Double wishbone suspension is cushioned by CVA oil dampers.

★Power is transmitted to the model’s rear wheels via propeller shaft.

★Rigid 4-link rigid rear suspension is also fitted with CVA oil dampers.
