About the GMA T.50 In the 1970s to 1980s, Gordon Murray gained fame as an inspired designer who developed a string of innovative racing cars, and the GMA T.50 is the first car of Gordon Murray Automotive, which he established in 2017. Its lightness is accomplished by liberal use of carbon fiber while its streamlined form features few aerodynamic devices. Power is provided by a midship mounted, 3.9-liter V12 engine capable of 663PS. The interior has a central driver seat with passenger seats positioned either side, diagonally backward of the driver.

 

 

About the Model ★This is a 1/24 scale plastic model assembly kit. Length: 181mm, width: 77mm, height: 49mm (68.5mm when engine hood is open). ★The cutting-edge aerodynamic form of the car is captured in style. ★The large rear fan has realistic depictions of internal ducts. ★The interior, V12 engine and suspension are faithfully recreated. ★Separate parts for open and closed engine hood can be swapped in and out after completion. ★Windows are attached without cement, and their frames do not require painting. ★Photo-etched parts recreate rear bumper mesh. ★Engine head logos, rear lamp interior parts and more are metal transfers. ★Solid synthetic rubber tires are employed.

★The sleek, innovative form of the car is depicted artfully in 1/24.

★Parts for opened and closed engine hood doors can be switched, even after assembly is complete.

★Photo-etched parts for rear bumper mesh do not require cementing. Emblems and more are recreated by metal transfers.

 

★Take a closer look at the model’s depiction of the rear fan, flanked by the exhausts.

★Cement is not required for the clear window and roof sections, nor is paint for the window frames.

★The cockpit features a central driver seat, with two passenger seats stationed behind and to the sides.

 

★Separate parts for seat and cushions aid in assembly and painting. Pedals, gearshift and front damper units are also depicted.

★Horizonal damper units, radiator and exhaust covers are realistically rendered.

★Take a closer look at how the V12 engine, airbox and transmission are recreated in detail.

 

★Left: The chassis underside features an extensive underpanel with rear diffuser design. ★Right: Air ducts connect diffuser slits to the rear fan, and are of course depicted on our model.

 

★Left: Separated brake disc and caliper parts offer a highly detailed finish, and smooth assembly/painting process. ★Right: These are the suspension springs, slide molded components separate to the dampers for superlative realism.
